We built TalentBlender because hiring is broken — it rewards credentials over capability, confidence over competence, and networks over talent. The Women's Cohort exists to fix the supply side of that problem. It's a free, structured programme teaching full-stack engineering from first principles, designed for women and those who face real social barriers to traditional routes into tech. No prior experience required. No corporate ladder. Just learning, community, and a genuine path into the industry.

Graduates of the programme have the opportunity to contribute to TalentBlender itself — with equity on offer, not just experience. We're building this platform with the people it was built for, and that means the team that ships it should reflect the mission it carries.
